All information accessed through this portal is strictly confidential and provided to you exclusively in your capacity as an investor. You must not reproduce, distribute, or disclose any documents or information from this portal to any third party without the prior written consent of MCML.

4. Document Accuracy

Statements of account are generated by KFin Technologies (the registrar and transfer agent). NAV and performance data are maintained by HDFC Bank (the custodian and administrator). MCML makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but does not independently warrant the completeness or timeliness of third-party data. In case of discrepancy, please contact us directly.

5. Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to:

• use a strong, unique password for this portal,
• log out when your session is complete, especially on shared devices,
• notify MCML immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• attempt to access accounts or documents belonging to other investors,
• interfere with or disrupt the operation of this portal,
• use automated tools to access or scrape content, or
